CERTIFICATION OF TAX FORMS

  • EUR 500/month for non-VAT registered micro-companies

  • EUR 750/month for VAT registered micro-companies with trimester reporting

  • EUR 1000/month for VAT registered micro-companies with monthly reporting

  • EUR 1500/month for profit tax-paying companies

ACCOUNTING

  • The monthly fee is composed of a) fixed retainer for tax filing, plus b) variable fee for bookkeeping:

    • a) Fixed retainer for tax filing, depending on the company tax profile, irrespective of the number of accounting records:

      • EUR 100 for inactive micro-companies

      • EUR 500 for active, non-VAT registered micro-companies

      • EUR 750 for active, VAT registered micro-companies with trimester reporting

      • EUR 1000 for active, VAT registered micro-companies with monthly reporting

      • EUR 1500 for profit tax-paying companies or Permanent Establishments

    • b) Variable fee for bookkeeping:

      • EUR 2 per accounting record

PAYROLL

  • Fee per company:

    • One-time fee: EUR 500

  • Fee per employee:

    • One-time fee: EUR 250

    • ​Monthly recurrent fee: EUR 50

TAX AND BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES | HOURLY FEES

  • Monthly reporting in English

  • Support for obtaining Tax Residency in Romania: certificates, application process

  • Assistance in drafting contracts

  • Support in case of a tax inspection

  • Support in answering surveys sent by public institutions (e.g. National Bank of Romania, National Statistics Institute, Environment Agency etc.)

  • Support in drafting the mandatory Accounting Policies Manual

  • Support in drafting the Internal Regulations

  • Support in drafting the Collective Labour Agreement

  • IFRS conversion

  • Extra-judicial Expert Accounting Report for court cases

  • Assistance with the Consolidated Tax Form 212 (=ro. Declaratia Unica)

  • EUR 150/month registered office, virtual office

  • EUR 2500 fiscal registration, including VAT code | details

  • For support with the documentation required from the administrator/shareholder for the mandatory Annual Financial Statements, a month’s fee is charged separately | details

  • For support with the documentation required from the administrator/shareholder for the interim financial statements, a month’s fee is charged separately | details
