In its latest report, the Environment Fund Administration (=ro. AFM) mentions almost 150 tax inspections finalised in a year, with a value of debts of approximately 50 million euro. How do I submit online statements for the Environment Fund Administration?
The simplest way is through a delegate. In this case, a notary statement is required, to empower the delegate who will represent me in the relationship with the Environment Fund Administration. This notary statement must include the following elements:
the identification data of my business in Romania;
my identification data, as legal representative of the company;
the identification data of my delegate;
the e-mail address for notifications, documents and other information issued by the Environment Fund Administration;
agreement on receiving information by email;
acceptance of the terms and conditions for the use of the Online Statement Submission service.
In the notary statement, I can express my agreement regarding the option to be able to receive documents from the Environment Fund Administration (administrative and tax documents; enforcement documents; other documents) in electronic form - as well as regarding the option to be able to upload documents online, according to the Tax Procedure Code.
If, however, I prefer to submit my statements on my own, without a delegate, I must first submit a request to open an online account service and an application for enrolment, then submit all statements online, according to the instructions in the Guide on how to use the Online Statement Submission service.
