The e-Transport application is designed to streamline your transport management reporting process, ensuring that all essential information reaches ANAF with ease. Whether you're managing EU or non-EU shipments, here are the steps to enroll and use the e-Transport app effectively.
Enrollment Process
Step 1: Registering Your Profile To access the e-Transport app, the first step is to enroll and create a user profile. On the "Enrollment" page, you will need to provide:
Company name
Unique identification code
Phone number
Email address (optional)
These details must be validated for accuracy. Once entered, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen.
Step 2: Confirmation via SMS You will receive a 4-digit code via SMS to confirm your enrollment. If you do not receive the SMS, you can request a "Resend Code". Enter the received code correctly to complete the enrollment process.
Step 3: Completing Enrollment After entering the correct code, your enrollment will be successfully completed. You can then view your account details and have the option to log out from the User Profile screen.
Starting a Transport Session
Step 1: Initiating a Transport Session To begin a transport session, go to the "Home" page where you have two options to register your transport session:
Scanning the QR code
Manually entering the necessary information
Required Information Based on Transport Type:
Transport with UIT Code:Â Vehicle registration number and UIT code (scan QR code to obtain these details).
EU Transit Transport (Intracommunity):Â Vehicle registration number, trailer registration (if applicable), and destination country.
Non-EU Transit Transport (Customs):Â Vehicle registration number, trailer registration (if applicable), and destination country.
Step 2: Permission for Location Access The app will request permission to access your location when adding a session. If you do not grant this permission, the session will be halted.
Step 3: Validating the Transport Session After entering the required details, click "Start Transport" to validate the session with the ANAF e-Transport system. If there are any mismatches or errors, such as an incorrect or expired UIT code, an error or alert will be displayed. If validation is successful, you will proceed to the "Transport Session" screen.
Managing an Active Transport Session
Monitoring the Session During an active transport session, you can monitor:
The status of the session with the entered details
Duration since the session started
GPS signal strength and GSM signal
Battery status
Location Updates The app sends your GPS location to ANAF every minute. If there are signal issues, you will receive regular notifications.
Ending the Transport Session After completing the transport, the driver can return to the home page.
